The qualification is made up of the following five units:
Unit 1: Understanding the context of mental health and well-being
Unit 2: Promotion of mental health and well-being
Unit 3: Mental health problems: associated issues and consequences
Unit 4: Understanding mental ill health
Unit 5: Working in mental health

The course is online so you will need access to a computer or electronic device.

Once enrolled you will receive a welcome email with your login details for our Virtual Learning Platform. All materials required are on the platform along with your assessment questions. You will have planned submission dates for each unit, a tutor will mark your work and feedback will be provided to you via the platform. Tutor and learner support is available via telephone and email throughout. There are no observations or exams.
