If you ever wanted to discover the difference between Cubism, Futurism and Vorticism, in fact most of the 20th century art-isms, then this is the course for you. With an emphasis on enjoyment and informality it combines lectures, gallery visits and studio work to get a real overview on Modern Art
Termly enrolment is possible for all courses and applicants must be over seventeen years of age. Fees are payable in advance for all courses and each course is devised for a limited number of students, so early enrolment is advisable. Students wishing to transfer from one course to another will be subject to a transfer fee. Fees are non-refundable. Please note: Heatherley School of Fine Art reserves the right to cancel, combine or reschedule courses, or adjust fees, or substitute lecturers as necessary.
Materials and School Shop
Easels, boards, printing inks and some sculpture materials are provided but students are expected to supply any additional materials needed. The School Shop stocks a range of art materials at reasonable prices.
