About this course
You must be aged over 19 and have lived in the EU for the past 3 years and currently be living in England. There is a short initial assessment to complete to ensure the course is the right level for you. If you are aged 19-24 you must already hold a full level 2 qualification.

The qualification is made up of the following units:
Unit 1: How stewards control the entry, exit and movement of spectators at events
Unit 2: How stewards monitor crowds and respond to potential crowd problems at spectator events
Unit 3: How stewards prepare for spectator events
