This course is aimed at students who are interested in pursuing a career in the Uniformed Public Services. It covers all the key content to ensure you are fully prepared for joining any of the Uniformed Public Services. There are numerous practical activities, residential trips and guest speakers to keep you actively engaged throughout the year! Assessment is assignment based. When completed both years it is equivalent to 3 A Levels and is accepted by university for entry.

How will I study?
18 modules over 2 years - 9 each year. Including: * Major Incidents * Land based activities * Understanding Discipline * Employment in the Uniformed Services * Physical Preparation for the Uniformed Services * Crime and its effects on Society * Impact of War and Conflict * Command and Control * Practical Team Sports * Outdoor Activities
How will I be taught?
Through lectures, practical classes, group & individual work and self study. There are exciting residential trips and visiting speakers from the uniformed services. There are also development days with the Armed Services and "Look at Life" courses with The Royal Marines.
How will I be assessed?
Each module will have a number of assignments, with some including practical tasks.
