I have just finished my first year, and I have enjoyed it. The university is very diverse as far as different social scenes go so you're bound to fit in.

There is very little knowledge anywhere of help or support for part-time students, it was a bit of a nightmare and I was told by other mature students to quit my job and go full time. But I love learning here, the facilties are wonderful, the tutors knowledgeable and the course amazing.

University will always be a whole new lifestyle, and I know many who've struggled with that - but none of those went to UEA.

I liked the academic side but not so much the social side since I don't like partying and none of the societies really appeal to me.

Definitely, two of the best years of my life. It's a new chapter, and I've had a lot of new experiences and met some great people.
