Reading University was quite organised, well-researched deprtments, great degree programs. You'll have great departments like Archaeology, Systems Engineering, Agriculture and Philosophy to name a few.

They don't support cases with long term illness or disabled students, they don't actually communicate that well. Every student isn't same nor their circumstances, they should understand students with conditions and do the job.
