Aims:

This practical two-day course challenges the traditional medical model of headache and emphasises the role of the upper cervical spine - via its contribution to the trigemino cervical nucleus - in headache.
The examination and treatment techniques taught on the course involve passive accessory and physiological intervertebral movements (of the O-C3 complex) are new, and demonstrate that upper cervical segmental dysfunction can be treated effectively without the use of high velocity thrust techniques.
