Social media is now an essential part of digital marketing strategy. Over the past decades, digital marketing has changed the way we do business. Social media is now a major driving force behind the new wave of change. Businesses use social media networks to increase inbound traffic and build brand awareness.
You therefore need to understand where your customers "hang out" and be there with them. You need to listen to them and engage with them within the social media networks such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. You also need to understand that they may be on newer social media networks, including Foursquare, Quora, Google+, Pinterest and others.
This workshop explores how you can succeed on social media networks.
