Vitalyz train people to provide basic seated physical activities (SPA) and related topics. We are passionate about our subjects and have developed a range of unique, in-house courses and workshops.
Vitalyz encourage well being and independence by promoting SPA provision for less able persons and/or seniors. We train and motivate our learners to deliver appropriate SPA for the people in their care.
Vitalyz work with authorities, charities, care homes and housing associations. All our training is endorsed by the College of Occupational Therapists.

Vitalyz was founded by Tony Duke who originally worked in the fitness sector. Tony has experience of working with dementia clients and seniors within an NHS EMI unit and in a variety of care and dementia settings.
Vitalyz aim to bridge the gap between the fitness and health sectors by encouraging carers to deliver basic physical activities and showing fitness professionals how to deliver appropriate exercises in a sensittive manner.
