History

Steve Hudson started in the training business when he worked for 3M Company and Xerox in London and Washington DC as salesman, manager and international communications trainer. He was responsible for developing innovative ways to help increase sales, so he decided to research the market for a communication technique.

He soon realised that actors were excellent communicators because they were trained specifically to use words more effectively, so he trained at the Royal National Theatre and became a leading international voiceover.

You heard him as Superman when he chased the evil Nick-o-tine across your screens in the famous million pound anti-smoking campaign, and in the Old Spice adverts he tells you it’s “The Mark of a Man”.
His voice advertises many other products including Kodak, Martini, Ford, Shell, Pentax and Guinness.

He now had the experience and knowledge needed to create the first verbal communication technique in the world – the Hudson Voice Technique™.
