VRQ Engineering Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Pathway Entry Requirements

• A minimum of 4 GCSEs at C or above including Maths, English and preferably Science or equivalent OR
• A BTEC First Diploma in Engineering with a satisfactory reference

Entry is subject to a successful interview.

Content Learners will study a variety of modules designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of Electrical Engineering Fundamentals, organisational Effficiency, Health and Safety, Electrical Testing and Commissioning, Electrical and Electronic Principles, Electrical Measurement and Control, Building Electrical Maintenance as well as Mathematics and Science. The course also incorporates AutoCAD 2D and key/functional skills. Progression
This course will prepare you for progression into employment and/or onto our HNC Engineering programme.
