Waxing is one of the most useful courses to undertake due to its popularity with clients. The waxing course has been designed by the Academy to ensure that successful students can complete a waxing treatment professionally and with confidence.

We will teach you the importance of carrying out a patch test and the waxing process. You will also learn the anatomy of the hair and hair follicle and how this effects the application process and why the completion of the correct process is important to provide the very best waxing treatment.

Students will be required to successfully demonstrate the ability to carry out a variety of waxing treatments on the model(s) to the highest standard.

You will be expected to provide a model for the practical training. However please do advise the Academy should this be a problem.

A PHD safe wax system including one time applicators, wax, pre and post lotions and wax strips will be included within the cost of the course (valued at £100.00). You will not be trained how to use Pot Wax.
