The weeder is the one who uses a weeder, an agricultural machine, to weed land, also commonly called a hoe. The weeder consists of a frame, pulled or carried by a tractor, to which tools such as fixed or sprung hoes ending with single or double cutting edge, knives, discs, star wheels are attached, despite remaining spaced apart. Weeding is a working of the land that consists in forming ditches in the vicinity of the cultivated plants in order to form a slope for a good irrigation of the soil. The concept relating to soil ecology and sustainable use with the aim of describing the responses of soils to impacts or disturbances of various kinds. Soil resilience is defined as the ability to recover its functional and structural integrity after an external disturbance by continuing to perform its functions regularly.
