I’m Dr. Mitchel Schwindt and I’ve been practicing medicine for nearly two decades. As a former Emergency Medicine physician, I worked a lot of crazy hours and long shifts. I knew that I’d better figure out the sleep issue or my career and health would be at jeopardy.
I now focus on the specialty of functional medicine. In a nutshell, my goal is the help you live an optimized life. This course and helping you get amazing sleep is a vital part of that equation. It’s actually the starting point when we work with patients on restoring their health and energy.
