  • Copper - capillary fittings, yorkshire fitting, compression fittings - practical
  • Plastic - quickfit/speedfit/push-fit - practical
  • Plastic waste - solvent weld/push-fit - practical
Taps

  • Replacing Taps (various types) - practical
  • Curing drips, new washers, re-seat, disassemble - practical
  • Mixer Taps - theory
  • Repair of Swan Neck Taps - theory/practical
Toilets

  • Syphonic flush, change/repair syphonic unit - theory/practical
  • Ball valves, adjust water level - practical
  • Connection to waste
  • Change of toilet
Sinks & Baths

  • Fitting of new/replacement
  • Waste Pipes and Traps - theory/practical
Hot Water Cylinders

  • Explanation of the different types (indirect/direct)
  • Drain off valves - practical

Central Heating
