the course is very thorough and Sam tailored it to modern trends and talked about her own experiences - I found this really useful because I was a bit scared of difficult client scenarios.
Regarding the center, I must say that the assessment part is really good. I got a chance to revise what I had learnt and also, although it wasn't very pressurised, I did feel the pressure because I knew my work was being watched and assessed. This was good because that is the same feeling you get when you have your client - they too will give you their verdict of what they think of your work. After learning how to do my own make-up from Sam I realised I had a real interest in make-up and decided to look into being a make-up artist. As I feel confident in her teaching I decided to take this course, and I am so pleased that I did!
I really liked the level of detail and also the amount of practice I got during the training. I thought that I would end up with the skills but would need more time afterwards to feel confident enough to do other peoples make-up but Sam was really encouraging and the amount of practice I have had during the course means that I do feel ready. In fact I had my first client a week ago - scary but loved it!
I am due to take the hair styling course later this month as I want to work as a freelancer for weddings and special occasions, am really looking forward to it.
The professional picture that Sam sent me of my work was a really good stepping stone for me to be able to get my first client as I had an image of my work. I couldn't believe I had done it myself!
I found the assessment really useful because I was able to revise what I had learnt but also, it gave me a taste of the feeling of doing a real client, which made me feel a lot more confident when I had my first real one. I looked at other courses but they only give you a certificate for attending the course, not from an assessment, and I have found that people are more confident to go with me as their make-up artist even though I am new to it, when I tell them that I have been assessed.

Very high standard of teaching. Carol was very welcoming and supportive. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and felt that I went away with all the skills and information needed. I have already added this to the treatments I offer and have received positive feedback. The course was good value for money and I would like to do another course with Carol in the future.

Carol was a genuine easy to talk with lady. I loved her natural facial course. It was lots of fun and we got to take home a goody bag so we could start straight away!
I will most definately be seeing carol again for other study days!

I felt nervous at the start but she soon put me at ease. All the equipment was made available. The salon owner was also great at giving advice/tips and made a good cuppa. I recently completed the Beginners Acrylic Nail at Couture Lashes. I loved the course from the very beginning. Francesca was very professional and did an excellent job! She was enjoyable and very friendly. I liked the fact that we could practise a lot, the course was very practical and Francesca offered tons of tips and recommendations while teaching. i have been trained by debbie and by doin one of these courses it has completely changed my life... i now travel to and from milan working and have much more money hehe ... the trainers are on hand all the time helpin you and will offer advise anytime you need it. i can recommend this course enough debbie is an absolute star and i owe a lot to her and her team for bein such fantastic trainers xx

Both Andy and Dawn provide a relaxing and interesting atmosphere through out the course. They pitch the information to the student in a straight forward no nonsense way. This coupled with their Passion for Reiki exudes throughout the weekend. They are both extremely approachable, their after course support allows the student and added outlet to increase his/her Knowledge. It is highly worth attending this course.

I enjoyed the course very much, it was interesting and on a personal level thought provoking. I learned about myself as well as hypnotherapy and counselling skills and would actually say it became a "personal journey".
It opened a desire to learn more about hypnotherapy and to use hypnotherapy in working with clients on a professional basis.
The course was value for money, the tutors were passionate about the subject , informative and very supportive and I whole heartedly recommend this course.
