when does this course begin, am I too Late to join

Good morning! I hope you are doing great! it is not specified the start in the course page. They probably have many starts dates during the year or a flexible start date that allos students to decide when to start and finish the course. This is 10 week part-time course lasts for 2 hours a week and will be held at Preston North End Learning Centre, PNE Football Club, Bill Shankley Kop, Hollins Road, Deepdale, Preston, PR1 6RU.
