Lead by 3 amazing and fully empowered women. Pennie Quaile-Pearce, Tracey Vaughan and Jill Pay.
Pennie is the CEO of Acorn to Oak, a business women, spiritual entrepreneur and trainer with 25 years experience of leading groups to discover their genius and own authentic voices. Her heart is enormous, her humour delightful and sense of fun infectious. She loves the life she lives on a daily basis and helps us realise that we too can live the life of our dreams.
Tracey spent many years working as cabin crew and she exudes a natural welcome and grace in all that she does. A trained Reiki Master/Teacher, Laughter Yoga Instructor and Breath4LifeTM Breath Work Practitioner she brings her own uniqueness in a fun-filled, hilarious and caring way which inspires others to uncover their own innate beauty.
Jill is one of those women that who inspires others to know their own greatness. A stunningly creative woman who will inspire you to get in-touch with your inner artist and helps you throw away the paint by number canvass you have been painting and encourages and guides you to paint free hand your own masterpiece.

Course programme
- Arrival time on Friday night at between 5pm-6.30pm. Registration. Evening meal.
- Class starts at 8pm for meet & greet and goals for weekend.
- Saturday will commence with an optional meditation at 7.30am
- 8.30 Breakfast
- Group starts at 9.30am
- The day runs with breaks and lunch at 1pm
- Afternoon sessions run from 2.30pm to 5.30pm
- Goddess Dinner at 7.30pm
- Evening session from 9.30pm to 11pm
- Sunday will commence with an optional meditation at 7.30am
- 8.30 Breakfast
- Group starts at 9.30am
- The day runs with breaks and lunch at 1pm
- Afternoon sessions run from 1.30pm to 3.00pm
What you will need to bring
- all personal clothes (suggest comfortable loose fitting clothes, that can be worn in layers)
- toiletries
- medications if on any
- socks to wear in classroom
- waterproofs and walking shoes.
- swimming costume or shorts and T shirt you don't mind getting wet.
- goddess dress/outfit for dinner on Saturday night
- pens and paper (notepad)
