Course Aims:
This course is designed to create an awareness of the main classic grape growing regions of the world.
The course will be of interest to Retail Traders, Bar and Restaurant staff and wine lovers in general .

Course Content:
* Introduction to wine tasting techniques
*Experience of wines from classic regions
*Market trends and Consumer awareness

Notes:

In the interest of hygiene, students are required to bring their own wine glasses for tasting purposes.
