WOOD ENGRAVING
Tutor: HARRY BROCKWAY

Course Outline:
Explore the technique of drawing with a white line and discover the marks made by using different tools. Students will be able to print cards, picture or letterhead design from their own engraved lemon woodblock, approximately 10cm x7.5cm. Hand burnishing will be explained.

Materials and equipment:
All wood and tools will be provided for the duration of the course.
Please wear comfortable clothing and substantial footwear and bring a pencil, sketchbook and possible design.
