Work at Height and Rescue - Specific Refresher: 1 Day

This course is designed to enable clients to provide refresher training for personnel who have attended a 2 day Work at Height & Rescue Specific course who have been unable to use or train with an NSL rescue system within the last 12 months.

CONTENT: Determining safe and suitable anchors; Vertical Recovery of Casualty by rising; Vertical Recovery of Casualty by lowering; Recovery Adjacent to casualty; Horizontal Movement of Casualty; Diagonal Movement of Casualty; Transferring Casualty between rescue systems; Use of Stretchers.

This course is solely practical in nature, class-work having been covered in the 2 day work at height & rescue course. The course will be structured to provide refresher training specific to the rescue system used by the client.

his course is currently delivered at one of NSL's training centres, but can be delivered at the client's premises.

PPE REQUIRED: Coveralls, hard hat, safety boots and gloves.
