The use of Display Screen Equipment is widespread throughout almost every industry sector. Large numbers of employees use DSE as a significant part of their job. The Display Screen Equipment (DSE) Regulations require employers to assess workstations to minimise risks of occupational ill-health.
This half-day course is designed to enable employers to conduct suitable DSE Workstation Assessments, taking into account management of work activities, breaks and related health issues.
This course is ideally designed for office managers, team leaders, administration managers, human resource staff and others with responsibilities for DSE work based activities.
The trainer for this course has extensive experience in design and delivery of health & safety training programmes. The trainer is qualified by NEBOSH (National Examination Board for Occupational Safety & Health) and Associate member of IOSH (Institute of Occupational Safety & Health) and is a member of the Chartered Management Institute as well as the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management and the Association for Project Safety.
