This programme is designed for people who wish to learn how the law and regulation impact on the running of a business and who wish to develop policies and procedures which comply with current legislation.

The objectives of this course are to:

*Describe the legal framework within which workplace law operates
*Examine the legal framework in which the employment of people operates
*Analyse the impact of law on the relationship with clients and customers
*Understand the range of health and safety legislation which impacts on business

The course is delivered by distance learning and each student has 12 months to complete their course.

Students that successfully complete the course will receive a Level 3 certificate from ABC Awards, A nationally recognised awarding body.
