XR Process Improvement deals specifically with product and process improvements and supplier development, focusing on adding value to product, process and business systems, at all times we encompass People contribution, this ensures that improvements are sustainable. We utilise the appropriate tools and techniques of: Lean Enterprise, Six Sigma, Quality Tools and Systems, Value Analysis, Value Engineering, & Continuous Improvement. XR People Development deals with behavioural issues, which significantly impact effectiveness and sustainability of change initiative. We've developed behavioural programmes to deal with Skills enhancement and focus on developing Peoples Beliefs, Values, Attitudes and Behaviour, to ensure REAL results and sustainability. Our People Development programmes are linked to ILM qualifications or can be standalone. We offer Director and Management Development programmes, Supervisory/Team Leader Development and also Associate Development.
