This is a course in astro navigation and world-wide meteorology.

The subject areas covered include:

  • The earth, the celestial sphere and PZX triangles.
  • Sextant.
  • Measurement of time.
  • Sun planet, moon and star sights.
  • Compass Checking.
  • Satellite Navigation.
  • Meteorology.
  • Passage planning

Weekly Evening and Daytime Classes commence in September for 24 weeks.

Five day intensive courses take place throughout the year.

Weekend courses are available throughout the year. Each course will operate all day Saturday and Sunday extending over three weekends.
