To give students visual demonstrations of the poses discussed, the course is accompanied by video tutorials, which you will gain access to upon enrolling on the course.

What I would highlight: The courses are more comprehensive than some home study courses and by no means easy. Very interesting and I've been able to put it to useful practice. I would definitely recommend COE over other colleges. Staff are always helpful and responsive.
