Yoga for a Healthy Pregnancy - a distance learning course by BSY Yoga has a number of uses during pregnancy; it might be used for stress relief, relaxation, to keep in shape, preparation for labour, or perhaps someone recommended you take up Yoga whilst pregnant. This course is suitable for beginners to those advanced in yoga. It can help you enhance your experience of pregnancy or be of use to your Yoga practice. It will deliver a Yoga practice that will support and guide you from all stages of the pregnancy, from conception through to post-natal with a nurturing, safe and effective approach.

There are two ways you can enrol on this course. You can:
- Pay with a deposit of £70 £50, followed by 8 monthly instalments of £25
