Course Summary:

Course Content:
Our wide range of Yoga classes is suitable for all levels of experience. Learn how to relax completely using yoga techniques including breathing exercises, meditation, correct posturing and visualisation. Please wear soft shoes or socks, comfortable clothing and bring a mat of towel.

Classes A and B: 10 weeks
Classes C and D: 9 weeks
Classes E and F: 5 weeks
