Lindsay offers leading edge communication, awareness and rapport building training as an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner. As a former PA herself, Lindsay is passionate about sharing her NLP knowledge with you. She believes the tools and techniques can be a huge benefit to improving and maintaining a good working relationship – with yourself, your boss and the team you support. To this end, Lindsay has developed a fun, experiential one day workshop “Be A PA with PA -Perfect Awareness”.

Malcolm has a broad range of business experience in addition to coaching & leadership development expertise. Prior to establishing Your Excellency, Malcolm had over 20 yrs in international business, the majority of which was in the high-tech sector. He held a variety of senior positions within Finance & Operations in the UK, Europe, USA & Asia. He has a reputation for developing empowered organisations allowing a culture of continuous improvement through shared leadership, coaching & mentoring.
