Overview
This course provides an overview of the general facilities of RACF and an introduction to its interfaces. The implementation of RACF will also be discussed.

Course objectives
On completion of this course the attendee will be able to describe the various RACF objects and the methods used to administer them; list the resource types and facilities that RACF is most commonly used to control; describe the facilities provided by security classification and RRSF; describe the steps necessary for the implementation of RACF.

By the end of this course you will have learned
How RACF meets the security and data integrity needs of a large system by classification of system access, system processes and data, and by verifying access authorities at all stages of processing.
