Description
A one day course for practising electricians with relevant experience that is intended to ensure that they comply with the format, content and applications of the requirements for Electrical Installations (BS 7671: June 2008). The requirements are that you hold a current 16th Edition qualification, post 2001 and must provide a valid certificate. The course is seven hours learning, as per the City and Guilds guided learning hours, followed by the exam. The examination is a one hour multiple choice, open book, online examination with instant results. Please note that the IEE On-site Guide cannot be referenced during the exam. The course costs include examination entry fees, lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
Recommended book list:
BS 7671:2008 IEE 17th Edition Wiring Regulations (ISBN 978-0-86341-844-0) IEE On-Site Guide is available from May 2008 but is not allowed to be referenced in the exam. Both the above books can be loaned for the duration of the course, or purchased.
