In your first year there will be two 1 hour exams, and in the second year two 1 hour exams .
Why choose this course?
You will develop a critical awareness of the nature of politics and the relationship between political ideas, institutions and processes. The course will give you a knowledge and understanding of the structures of authority and power within the political system of the UK, and how these may differ from those of other political systems. You will develop your capacity for critical thinking as you consider the relationships between different aspects of this subject and view the issues you study in a broader context.
