About this course
At least 5 GCSEs at grades A*-C, to include Mathematics at grade C or above and English Language at grade B or above. It is not necessary to have GCSE in Religious Studies. Atheists are very welcome.

What will I do on this course?
To study religion is to study what it is that makes us human. Religion has been responsible for anger, conflict and war since time began. It has also brought peace, joy and hope to millions of people over the ages. During the course you will study the Western Philosophy of Religion, including origins in Greek and Biblical Theologies as well as more recent arguments about the existence of God. You will also study ethics, which is the study of what makes an action good or bad and then applying these ideas to modern scenarios.
How will I be assessed?
Two examinations for AS Level and two examinations for A2 Level.
