To provide all staff with a systematic understanding of the legal implications for both the Provider and individual, and the process of Inclusion on the protection of vulnerable Adult list. Suitable for: Managers with responsibility for Recruiting staff, and other supervisory positions within a Care Home who care for vulnerable adults. Care home staff who may be required to understand their own legal position with regard to the Protection of Vulnerable adults.
