ARCHIBUS Space Management with AutoCAD Overlay

Provides basic understanding of the Space module and selection and development of a Space Inventory, followed by Charge Back.

This course aims to introduce the candidate to the different Space Inventories available in the Space Management Module. All functionality of the Space Management module will be covered. Including Alternative Space Inventories, background data, asset areas and space reports. The creation of DWG and DWF related drawings and reports in ARCHIBUS.

• Editing and Cataloguing Asset Layers.
• Add and move employees.
• Create Occupancy Plans.
• Generating Standard Space Reports.
• Querying Asset layers.
• Understand and develop Charge Back Methods.
• Determining Charge Areas.
• Creating Archibus/FM layers in the overlay.
• Attaching layer assets and cataloguing assets to the database.
