It combines practical elements with theoretical analysis of the human as a performer. If you would like to learn to observe, analyse and evaluate your own performance and that of others then this course is for you.

Will I need anything else?
General Sports kit.

How long & often do I attend?
You will need to attend three sessions each week over two years.

How will I be assessed?
You will be assessed by written examination and practical assessment in 2 sports.

What opportunities will this lead to?
You could progress to a BSc/BA Hons degree in Sports Science, Exercise and Fitness, Sports and Leisure Management, Teaching, Physiotherapy or Sports Coaching. Following this you could enter employment as a sports coach, teacher, physical trainer, fitness instructor or the armed services.
