ASC0210 PERSON CENTERED CARE / CARE PLANNING

This course is primarily for those who work within a health & social care setting. Delegates will learn about the development of modern day care and relevant legislation and why person centred care planning is crucial to ensure the care provision is suitable for the service users individual needs.

Delegates will learn about the PISCES concept of whole person care and about the influences that shape a persons values. They will learn about the core values that are fundamental to good care planning.
