Course programme

The Association of International Accountants (AIA) was founded in 1928 and incorporated in London in 1932. The Association promotes and supports the advancement of the accountancy profession both in the UK and internationally. The AIA examinations comprise sixteen papers arranged in two Modules at each of three levels; Foundation, Professional I and Professional II. They are designed to test the proper acquisition of the knowledge, skills and techniques required in accountancy, including auditing, and the ability to apply them in practical situations. AIA members are fully professionally qualified to undertake accountancy employment in the public and private sectors.

The AIA examination structure comprises three levels, split into six modules, with two modules at each level.
