The Baby Massage Course is sometimes also known as the Infant Massage Instructor Certification Training course. This baby massage course will fully equip students to be able to teach infant massage to parents, to enhance bonding, improve healthy development of the infant and provide support for the parent.
Anyone who is a registered therapist, a mother or in a job working with children can apply for this baby massage course. This is a 4 day baby massage course and very popular so it is on a first come first served basis with regards to deposits to secure you chosen date. The following entrance requirements must be filled.
We arrange for mums and babies to come in for practice sessions on the last 3 afternoons of this baby massage course.
Course Accreditation
The IAIM (International Association of Infant Massage) is the recognised body that issues these qualifications and upon successful completion of this baby massage course the student will become an IAIM member which will then be renewable on an annual basis.
The tutor will give a full explanation of the IAIM and the membership guidelines once on the course, it lays out professional standards and ethics that are expected of IAIM members.
