It is a practical, work-related course and involves the completion of projects, assignments and practical activities. You will study modules in customer service, UK travel and tourism destinations, planning visits, and marketing as well as Key Skills. The course also offers a tutorial system to help with your work and planning.

You may want to take a part-time related job, which will give you an insight into modern business methods
