Course objectives:
The BTEC National Certificate in Health Studies is designed to prepare learners to work in health-related careers, in a professional capacity. These transferrable skills provide the knowledge and understanding required for working in a social care environment and are designed to provide a contribution to the underpinning knowledge for the level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
