Description of the Course
Learners will have the opportunity to study administration, finance, human resources, management and marketing with a focus on: education and training for people employed across a business, such as accounting, administration, finance, human resource management,IT, Management, marketing, and retailing.
Course content

· Students study a variety of business units, 18 in total over 2 years. These include:-
· Introduction to Business
· Business & Management
· Introduction to Marketing
· Presenting Business Information
· Recruitment and Selection,
· Business Online
· Introduction to the Internet and how businesses use the internet
· Marketing Research
· Event Management
· Introduction to Accounting

Assessment
Coursework, practical projects and external tests.
Who is the course for?
Those wishing to study for a vocational qualification at Advanced level. (LSC Funding only available if under 19.)
Entry requirements
An average of Grade C for 4 or more GCSEs including English and Maths or you will have successfully completed a level 2 programme with at least a Merit grade with English and Maths GCSE's You may also be asked to demonstrate your commitment and skills in an interview. If you dont have the required entry qualifications there will be an opportunity for you to demonstrate your abilities to undertake the course.
