Principles of Business Management

A module that develops participant’s fundamental knowledge both at strategic and business management level.

Introduction to Business Improvement Processes
An introduction to the idea of business processes and continuous improvement initiatives. Participants will be exposure to various types of business improvement fundamentals and techniques alongside to the exposure of current business issues.

Technologies of Business Improvement and Change
This module emphasises on the use of business improvement initiatives by underpinning the basic principles and hands-on practical use of continuous improvement technique such as process mapping, value add ethos, problem solving techniques, art of recognising business process hotspots and etc.

Business Process Transformation Project
A module that harnesses the project management skill. Designed to train the participants to acquire project identification skill, planning, implementing and managing projects primarily in business improvement assignments.

Strategies for Managing Human Organisation
Developing capability of strategising human management will be the core for this module. Participants can be assured that they will be trained on managing the resistance, art of communications, power and politics in organisation etc.

Valuing and Quantifying Your Objectives and Accomplishment
Participants will be exposed to the principles of quantitative to measure and review the outcomes in improvement initiatives. Benchmarking, present state and future state, goals and targets will be the fundamentals that participant will be able to master in this module.
