What I would highlight:It is always great to have the chance to attend professional development course, especially a course that is intensive and covering all functions of HR, it was really refreshing! What I would highlight:I am so thankful that I was able to enroll and complete the CHRM training program, courtesy of Leoron Professional Development Institute within the period it spanned. It gave me the chance of gaining hands-on experience in most aspects of HR. I liked the brevity of the program. It was very intensive, qualitative, covered a broad range of HR topics and best practices in the industry within such a short time and was impeccably suited for someone like me who needed to complement her background knowledge for the purpose of advancing her career. What I would highlight:This certification program has taken us to higher level of HR, provided us with deep knowledge in best practices and processes. I thought this course would have been the usual generic HR courses that cover theories, but with the massive practical examples and the wealthy information of discussions it was far beyond our expectations, although all of us have relevant experience in HR but we have learned so much, my special thanks to Mr. Allan Gardner the guru who made the program so enjoyable, and we noticed that he put all his efforts to transfer his 30 years of experience knowledge in HR to us in a week time. What I would highlight:The CHRM program was very inspirational, stimulating, bringing lots of ideas, combining in-depth knowledge with case studies, and it allowed learning from experience.Well-balanced structure of participants which contributed to interesting and focused relative exchange of thoughts. Besides, the other participants were amazing and I learned a lot from their experience and shrewdness.
