• A range of GCSEs at D or above including English and preferably Maths or equivalent OR
• A relevant Level 1 qualification with equivalent literacy and preferably numeracy.

Entry is subject to a successful interview.

Content
You will learn the basic skills required to become a heating and ventilation fitter. The course comprises of both practical and theory exercises that will give you relevant skills and knowledge so enabling you to work towards becoming a skilled tradesperson. Key skills and the ONCW Level 2 Certificate in Health and Safety will form part of your final qualification.

Assessment The programme is assessed by successfully completing all training activities and the externally set knowledge test. Progression The course will prepare you for further entry into employment as a work based learner in heating and ventilation or further study on a part time basis
