Chris Reeves-Croft

A barrister of over 15 years call and has represented clients in courts at all levels including the Court of Appeal. Chris has also had substantial involvement in advocacy and litigation training over the last several years. He has designed and delivered a range of courses and was, for a number of years, a training manager at a UK Top 20 law firm. Chris continues to divide his time between practice at the Bar and training.

A Solicitor Advocate who has practised for over 10 years, concentrating in civil and commercial litigation together with human rights law.

This course will deal with the recent updates to the CPR including the dramatic changes to Part 6 on service and recent significant case law changes from Mastercigars to Carver. A crucial update, this course will give civil practitioners a practical update on the most recent developments in civil litigation and procedure.
