The course leader, Nikki Cameron has been running Country Cupcakes for 18 months now and has great success with many weddings and high profile customers enjoying her work.

For the last 6 months Nikki has been running her famous cupcake decorating school and many women (and men) have come away having had two and a half hours of relaxing time prettying cupcakes!

You will spend the morning learning decorating techniques with Nikki, using buttercream, icing tools, royal icing, colouings, and a vast amount of glitter and sprinkles!!
