Cupcake Decorating

Course review:

The class starts with a brief demonstration of how to make cupcakes, and then the rest of the time is spent learning how to make pretty flowers and other decorations using florist paste to get a really good finish. There is plenty of time to make the decorations for your cakes, as well as learning an easy technique to make a sugar paste rose. You will then learn how to top the cupcakes using buttercream and fondant to get a flawless base for your decorations. If there is time, we'll look at using embossing tools to give your cakes even more impact. At the end of the four hours, you'll go home with a box containing your 12 beautiful cupcakes to impress your family and friends! All ingrediants are provided, just bring along an apron.
