On this course, students learn the academic skills, knowledge and attitude required to become excellent Therapists. Suitable for: Individuals who are looking to move into a career in Therapy, or who wish to improve their communication skills for an existing career.

About this course
An existing qualification in COSCA Certificate in Counselling Skills or other similar qualification.
It may also be possible to gain entry onto the course through the SCOTACS CBT Toolkit - an intensive 5 day course which is held at the Centre.

Course programme
Completion of this course results in full certification as a qualified CBT Therapist, which is a traditional approach, Government endorsed and growing in popularity as the Therapy of choice. The Course takes place over 2 years and can be taken on a monthly basis (one full weekend per month) or on a weekly basis (one full Thursday or Friday every week).
