Employment Law Update
Employment law is one the fastest developing areas of law. Unintentional breaches of employment legislation can result in legal costs, crippling awards, fines and even criminal charges, and are disruptive to the smooth running of businesses. With the increasing complexity of employment law and consequent developments through case law, keeping up to date doesn't get any easier!
This popular workshop, presented by a local employment law specialist, will enable delegates to identify the most common issues and potholes organisations face when dealing with employment law. This essential update on employment law will concentrate on significant developments during the last 12 months and includes a large section focussing on the new 'FIT notes' (The Statement of Fitness for Work) which have been in the news recently.
Course format and duration
The workshop is designed to be an interactive event so that delegates have the opportunity to ask questions, make comments and contribute to the session, rather than a dry, lecture style delivery.
